This characteristic stone cottage is located on the hills between Lucca and Pistoia, not too far from the springs of Montecatini, amidst nature and on a sunny spot. Nearby there are also charming little hamlets such as Buggiano Castello, Uzzano and Massa e Cozzile on which you have beautiful views onto from your holiday home: have nice walks and discover delicious restaurants where you can taste local products. Its location is a good starting point for visiting Firenze, Pisa Lucca or Siena.
The house disposes of a big garden of about 8’000 sqm set in terraces, completely fenced and there is also an outdoor area equipped with a gazebo, table, chairs, traditional brick sink and barbeque. A set in earth swimming pool (6x 3.5m, depth: 1,20m) is at the exclusive use of the guests as also for the deckchairs and sun-umbrella.
Entrance on the ground floor: traditional brick kitchen with stove, small electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, fire-place, living room with couch and upholstered chairs, fire-place, SAT-TV, utility room, 1 bathroom with shower, basin, wc, bidet. 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor. The house has well-cared furnishings in country style with antique pieces of furniture, beamed ceilings; terra cotta tiled floors, partially visible stone walls and partially painted walls in pastel colours. External room with washing machine. Parking close to the house.

A marvellous place to have spent our holidays! Not only the place where we found "real" apples, and many! Some left over berries but also the one and only place where my husband decided to become a barbecuing man for the first time in his life, and I became the life.
Savior of a dozen of insects from drowning in the pool. (some mosquitos did not survive our stay)
Bart survived the cycling of slopes up till 13% (and got back in time for the next BBQ).
We enjoyed the house and the pool very much and can also recommend the beach called marina di Vecchiano!

Abbiamo avuto vacanze molto belle, la casa è belissima e il giardino è magnifico.
Il silenzio di questo luogo è balsamico per l'anima.

Vielen lieben Dank für die ruhige und erholsame Zeit in Euren wunderschönen Ferienhaus.
Wir konnten die Zeit sehr genießen und halten viel spaß im pool und Garten.
Auch unsere Vierbeiner Jühlten sich sichtlich wohl und genossen das Toben im Garten.
Leider neigt sich der Urlaub den Ende zu, dach wir hoffen, dass wir nach einmal in diesen tollen Genuss kommen werden.
