„Alessia e David“ is a cosy cottage which is located on the hills of Montecatini. The house disposes of a sunny position and of great views.
The property is surrounded by 2 hectares of land, the majority is terraced with olive trees. The property is reached easily from the main street. The cottage is set amidst a beautiful well kept garden, equipped with two outdoor areas with tables, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco. There is a nice swimming pool (set in earth, 6.30x4.30m, deep: 1.55m) on the side of the house, with deckchairs and sun-beds. The cottage is set on one floor: kitchen-cum-living with 2 sinks, stove, microwave, dining table, fire-place. Living room with couch and 1 bed settee (1.20m), upholstered chairs, TV. From the kitchen exit onto the outdoor area: 1 double bedroom with a large cupboard, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet. The furnishings are friendly and colorful: beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, the walls are painted in warm colors, partially visible stone walls. The rooms are bright. Parking within the grounds.
Possibility to add a 4th person under extra payment ( 70 Euro / week + 100 Euro final cleaning).
Val di Nievole is a magnificent area located halfway between Lucca and Pistoia and offers lots of day trip possibilities for touring Tuscany. Its location is a good starting point for visiting Firenze, Pisa and Lucca or also for discovering minor centres, among these: Montecatini Terme which is very popular for its healing waters and health spa. Visitors will also find in Montecatini elegant boutiques, a horse race track and a golf court.
Nearby there are also charming little hamlets such as Buggiano Castello, Uzzano and Massa e Cozzile on which you have beautiful views onto from your holiday home: have nice walks and discover delicious restaurants where you can taste local products.

Ein richtiges Traumhaus für 2 Personen!! Herrlich gelegen, super Blick! Der Service der Besitzer ist unglaublich! Von Handtüchern über Toilettenpapier bis hin zum Salz ist alles da! Das Haus ist supersauber und der Garten liebevoll gepflegt! Wir haben bestimmt schon zum zehnten Mal ein Ferienhaus in der Toscana gebucht, aber dies hier ist mit Abstand das Schönste!

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und als wir diese fragten ,ob wir auch deutsches Fernsehen reinbekommen bekamen wir gleich
am nächsten Tag den Anruf von der Agentur wann Sie denn kommen könnten und eine Schüssel
montieren dürften.
Das war wirklich ganz toll und mein Mann war glücklich Fußball schauen zu können.
